Thomas Boyer
With nearly fifty years of professional experience, two consisting of running his own small business, Tom knows the law and appreciates the challenges of business. Tom served nearly fourteen years as Wisconsin general counsel of a large regional bank holding company.
In private practice, Tom has represented all types of creditors in bankruptcy and other creditors rights proceedings, has represented banks and borrowers in financial transactions and has a winning record in a wide variety of court proceedings involving real estate and business matters. Tom also has experience representing the buyers and sellers of businesses.
